At Silk Flowers Holland, we take pride in offering the highest-quality silk flowers imported from Holland. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • To start a return, please contact us at info@silkflowersholland.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, gift cards, and custom-made flower arrangements are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@silkflowersholland.com.
