Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at info@silkflowersholland.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, gift cards, and custom-made flower arrangements are non-refundable.
Exchanges
